Founded in Palej, Bharuch — the agricultural heartland of Gujarat — by Sohail Ahmed, a farmer-turned-exporter who spent years studying advanced agricultural practices across Thailand, Israel and the Gulf countries. BIAEC was built on his first-hand knowledge of global farming standards and his personal relationships with hundreds of farming families across Gujarat.
With agricultural trading roots since 2008 and formally incorporated as a Private Limited company in 2023, BIAEC has grown into a full-fledged international exporter. Today, we ship premium agricultural produce — bananas, mangoes, guavas, vegetables, rice, wheat and cotton — to buyers across the Middle East, Africa, South East Asia and Europe. BIAEC exports a wide range of premium agricultural products including fresh fruits (bananas, mangoes, guavas), fresh vegetables, grains (Basmati rice, non-Basmati rice, wheat) and cotton. We can also source other agricultural commodities on request.
MOQ varies by product. Generally 1 FCL (20-foot container) for fruits and vegetables, 500 MT for grains and 100 bales for cotton. We can accommodate smaller quantities for new buyers placing trial orders.
We export to 30+ countries including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman in the Middle East; Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana, Nigeria in Africa; Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam in South East Asia; and UK, Netherlands, Germany in Europe.
All produce undergoes multi-stage quality checks: farm-level inspection, post-harvest sorting and grading, laboratory testing for pesticide residues and food safety standards, and pre-shipment inspection. We share quality test reports with every buyer.
We provide a complete documentation package including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Fumigation Certificate, Health Certificate, and APEDA certificates where required.
